Linda is obsessed with people and organizational development. Angel M Oduneye
HR Business Partner
Angel is an experienced HR Consultant with Learning Tank Innovation Company. She comes with extensive knowledge in recruitment, budgeting, employee engagement, talent development, talent pipeline, performance evaluation, and succession planning.
She is experienced in providing timely and up to date HR advice to both managers and employees whilst at the same time making sure both the employee and employers interests are best represented. Over the last 6 years, Angel has driven the executive search function in various sectors and has participated in numerous searches in that period.
Angel holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Capecoast, Ghana, is PHRi certified and has her SPHRi certification in progress. She has attended numerous trainings and brings with her strong people skills.
Innovation and Strategy Partner
Israel Adoba is the Innovation and Strategy Partner for The Learning Tank Innovation Company, where his duties focus on for providing insight on effective planning strategies, developing a rubric for a leadership decision-making process, identifying and developing strategies to help leverage critical capabilities and facilitating training and development sessions. His areas of training expertise include: leadership, organizational development, employee engagement, amongst others.
Prior to this, Israel worked as the Human Resource Executive for Hamilton Lloyd and Associates HR Consultants, as well as the Practice Associate for Global Talent Network, where he engaged in head-hunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work and using candidate databases to match the right person to client’s vacancy.
Israel has a Master’s degree in Terrorism, International Crime and Global Security from Coventry University, United Kingdom and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Covenant University, Ota, Ogun State. He is also a Certified Education Psychologist and is certified in Negotiation and Conflict Management as well as Conflict Analysis. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
